Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once processed, shipping times vary based on your selected shipping method:
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
- Overnight Shipping: If you need overnight or expedited shipping, please reach out to info@shopemberthelabel.com
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $100
Domestic & International Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States.
- We currently do NOT ship internationally.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Ember The Label is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@shopemberthelabel.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Address Changes & Order Adjustments
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to modify orders once they are processed.
- If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

- Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays and peak shopping seasons.
