Return Policy

At Ember The Label, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

• Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

Refund Method

• Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• We do not accept returns on final sale items, accessories, or intimate wear (such as bodysuits or swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
• If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

1. Submit your return. Please submit your return through your customer account portal. 
2. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and use the label provided.
3. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
